Executive Sous Chef
You will be working under F&B Culinary Department, responsible to Leading the team and ensure them to live within AMAN ambition, purpose, pillar & values. Develops attractive menus and create standard recipe cards, with pictorials according to the Executive Chef policy. Assists in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced.
Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel of similar standard in similar capacity
- Responsible with all the guest needed.
- Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Value-driven and choose to belong to a value-based brand. Respect and adhere to AMANs ethical standards, and adaption to the cultural sensitivities of the unique location of Amankila where we live and work
- Pleasing and outgoing personality
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
