BAKER

QUALIFICATION :

• • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 2 year work experience in bakery/pastry/cake production
  • Candidate must have good knowledge in bakery or pastry technique like cookies, bread or cake
  • Concern to detail and systematic
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Good communication aand interpersonal,
  • Good in English (listening, speaking, and writing)
  • Have a good team work and communication
  • Willing to work in Tabanan-Bali

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• • Mastering the Bread and Cake related products Making Process .
  • Strictly abide by store rules and regulations and production specifications, and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Responsible for the creation of new and existing food to update the menu and meet customers interest.
  • Responsible and make sure for the quality of production according to the specified standards.
  • Ensure proper handling of food in the right storage and right temperatures all time.
  • In charge of the stock for baking ingredients, make appropriate orders before the stock runs out.
  • Make sure for the material quality and condition of the cooking material and equipments.
  • Ability to work in team driven environment, take the directions and solutions to some problem within the kitchen.

SALES ADMIN

JOB DESCRIPTION

• • Responsible for providing sales support through follow ups, coordination and data management of Sales force.
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, and email, as required.
  • Liaise between other departments and the sales team to provide the information.
  • Helping Marketing team on marketing events or another event
  • Responsible for arrange After School Activity and Sport Activity for Student, such us contacting for teacher, scheduling, etc

REQUIREMENT :

• • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in MS-Office tools
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Having experience in secretary or accounting will be plus
  • Excellent in English both verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Willing to work in Tabanan, Bali

PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER STAFF

REQUIREMENT :

• • Candidate must have experience in Photographer & Videographer minimum 3 year
  • Minimum D3/S1 with major Graphic Design /Multimedia
  • Knowledge of photography techniques
  • Foundational photography skills, and a strong understanding of the basics of photography in general
  • Proficiency with : photo & video editing software and camera equipment
  • Strong portfolio (please attach to your application)
  • Creative, imaginative and digital savvy
  • Fluent in English and have good oral-written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & can work as a team

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• • Taking photos and video on set or on location about school activity
  • Editing photo & video
  • Ensuring that equipment for a shoot is present and working
  • Meeting with marketing, academic, and directors prior to photo shoots to gauge their needs and expectations
  • Planning the shoot with the marketing, academic, and directors
  • Preparing the lab or class for photoshoots by setting up necessary lights and ensuring that the space is clean
  • Providing complete photo content for school activity based on marketing targets and requests.

KITCHEN STAFF (COOK HELPER)

QUALIFICATION:

• • Minimum Diploma Degree in food and baverage production, pastry, or cook
  • Should have at least 2 year experiences in similar position (kitchen staff or cook helper)
  • Must have basic cooking experience
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Languange required: Indonesia, English
  • Excellent communication skill and analytical skill
  • Having good attitude
  • Discipline, willing to learn and hard worker
  • Extrovert and outgoing personality
  • High motivated, full initiative and can work in team
  • Placement in Tabanan-Bali.
