1. Operation Manager

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar or assistant position.

• English proficiency (verbal & written), additional language(s) is an advantage.

• Have high sense of urgency and ownership, capable in managing work progresses and able to train staff.

• Computer literate, use of MS Office, capable in reporting, administration and operational data analysis.

• Able to work odd hours because of guest check-in, has a motorbike.

• Experiences in the administration, operation of housekeeping, front office and property maintenance will be valued.

• Able to deal with and manage repair & maintenance workers.

2. Gardener

• Prior gardening or landscaping experience.

• Experience with common tools such as lawnmower, mowers.

• Basic horticulture knowledge strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with irrigation systems.

• Comfortable working outside in various conditions.
