1. Business Development Specialist
Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development, preferably within the property
  management or related industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proficient in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good negotiation skills, research and strategy, business intelligence, and networking

2. Ecommerce Supervisor
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role
• Have experience in Hospitality (Hotels or Villas) especially handling OTA (Online Travel Agent)
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving ecommerce
  performance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
  decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics software
• Up-to-date knowledge of ecommerce trends, best practices, and emerging
  technologies
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• English is a must

3. Marketing and Communication
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working in Marketing, PR, communication, advertising, or other similar roles.
• Proven expertise in SEO/SEM setup and optimization.
• Expert-level proficiency in social media management and strategy.
• Strong understanding and experience with e-commerce platforms and strategies
• Aware of marketing trends to implement at the earliest opportunity.
• Great copywriting skills and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the hospitality field
