General Requirement:
• Positive and pleasant personality
• Relevant education background
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience with proven track record In similar position in a 5 stars property
• Knowledge in VHP system (Reservation Agent)
• Familiar with LQA standards
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work as a team
• Good command In English and Bahasa
• Good command In Mandarin (Trainee)
• Hospitality Industry background
• Living in Jimbaran or Nusa Dua area would be an advantage
