- Resort Manager
General Requirements for the above positions:
- Proven work experience as Resort Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
- Strong knowledge in pre-opening operation.
- Comprehensive understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Having good experience for budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Maximum 48 years old.
