Accor Vacation Club Asia, is looking for a competent, self-motivated, and dynamic candidate to fill the following position based in Nusa Dua – Bali office.

Accounts Receivable
Our Finance Department is seeking an experienced professional to join their team. The successful person will be a proven team player, passionate about business and have sound experience in Admin collection matters.

Work Location:
Nusa Dua – Bali

Requirements:
• Gender: Male/Female
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting Major
• Language: Active English & Bahasa (spoken and writen)
• Experience: minimum of 2 years as Finance Staff
• Good understanding of accounting flow and attention to detail
• Computer literate, able to operate Accounting Software with intermediate Excel skills
• Good team player able to work to deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Maintain collections and aging reports;
• Prepare bank reconciliation and support details of each account;
• Prepare and process member payment runs;
• Send collection notices and member statements supporting collections team;
• Download and post bank statement entries to member accounts daily;
• Checking member contracts, invoicing and status;
• Other duties as assigned.
