General Requirements for the Civil Engineering (Staff) and Engineering (DW):

- Minimum Education is Diploma 1 Engineering
- Have experiences min. 2 year at 4 or 5-star boutique hotel with same position
- Understand about Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing
- Display a confident and professional manner
- Honest, disciplined, hands-on, and have strong leadership
- Able to work as a team as well as to perform individually
- Able to speak in English
General Requirements for Trainees Position:

- Relevant educational background with the position being applied
- Strong motivation, willing to work as a team player
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
- Good personality, energetic, friendly, adaptable, discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
