Resort Manager
General Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Background in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Previous experience in boutique resorts will be an advantage
- Domicile in Bali and able to join immediately
- Motivated, innovative, creative, and passionate
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Honest, discipline, and able to work in teams
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed at any property of Adiwana Hotels & Resorts
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Responsible for the day-to-day operational
- Reviewing finances and creating hotel budget
- Overseeing hiring practices and other Human Resources functions
- Coordinate and monitor other departments
- Interacting with resort guests and handling any complains that occur
- Checking on necessary supplies in various sectors of the resort
- Making business decisions
