The Bingin Beach Villas and Bungalows offers a choice of accommodation between our Stylish Private Villas with private pools and our Brand New Bungalow Resort with Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, large pool and 12 Bungalows
We are seeking for Full-time Staff with Experience for positions below:
1. ASSITANT MANAGER
2. BAR WAITER/WAITRESS
3. HOUSEKEEPING/BUTLER
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsible for the overall operation and guest experience in each of our villas and bungalows. You will be responsible for one or more villas, which includes every aspect of the villa function including overseeing all the staff such as butlers, housekeeping, cook, bar and maintenance while interacting with our guests, making sure daily operation adhere as standard
Job requirements
• Past experience in management hotels and villa
• Minimal 4 years experience in the same level
• Excellent management, operations and administrative skills.
• Problem solver with ideas how to fix issues
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must
• Great leadership skill
• Team player who is quick to learn and take on new tasks
• Must love hospitality as a career and customer service oriented
• Able to work with the local community
BAR WAITER/WAITRESS
⁃ Have minimal 2 years experience as a Bartender
⁃ Wide knowledge of coffee, variety of cocktails, and drink serve manner
⁃ Ensuring that the bar and lounge stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy at all times.
⁃ Be able to work with Kitchen department, as second responsibility
HOUSEKEEPING/BUTLER
-All section, room attendance, room service, and server
-Maintaining cleanness of 12 Bungalows and 2 Villas
-Butler, serving and greeting guest
-Customer service oriented
General Qualification:
– Detail oriented and multitasking
– Honest, initiative and reliable
– Live near by Uluwatu area
– Be able to join immediately
