1. Junior Sous Chef
2. Guest Service Ambassador (Mandarin Speaking)

General Requirements:

• Has minimum 2 years’ experience at the same position.
• Hard worker, enthusiastic, positive attitude and willing to learn more.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (2).
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable guest experiences (2).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively is crucial (1).
• HACCP Certification would be an advantage.
• Effective communication with both the kitchen staff and other departments is vital.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the kitchen is important (1).
• Be involved in tracking inventory, ordering supplies and managing food costs (1).
• Play vital role in ensuring that all food prepared meets the restaurant’s quality standard for taste, presentation and hygiene (1).
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that safety standards are met (1).
