1. Purchasing Manager
2. EAM Secretary
3. Assistant Chief Accountant

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills (1 & 3).
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and possessing excellent time management skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong work ethic with good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, cost control, and budgeting (1).
• Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors (1).
• Familiar with hotel purchasing systems and Microsoft Office applications (1).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. (2)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting (3).
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (3).
