With direct access to the white sand shores and world-class surf of Balangan Beach, guests can enjoy a true home-away-from-home experience—walking barefoot through lush tropical gardens while embracing the fresh sea breeze.
We are looking for proactive and skilled as:
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
Qualification:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
