The Craft Hotel Ubud located at Jl. Raya Andong, Petulu, Kec. Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar-Bali, we would like to invites passionate talent to strengthen the team for the position of:

1. Operational Manager

2. Asst. Restaurant Manager

3. Supervisor Restaurant

4. Daily Worker Engineering

5. Trainee Front Office

6. Trainee Housekeeping

7. Trainee F&B Product

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel operations or similar role (1-3), 6 months for daily worker (4)

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• In-depth knowledge of hotel SOPs (front office, housekeeping, F&B)

• Problem-solving mindset and guest oriented approach

• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure smooth daily operations

• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control and service standards

• Able to handle guest complaints and service recovery and fluent in English

• Placement in Ubud – Bali
