Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations / e-commerce

Strong knowledge of OTA & Distribution Management (mastery of Online Travel Agencies is essential)

Proficient in using Channel Managers (inventory sync across platforms), PMS, and Booking Engines
-
Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC tactics, and CMS for updating hotel websites
-
Ability to oversee room allotments, update rates, and ensure rate parity across online channels
-
Maintain up-to-date and high-quality listings (photos & descriptions) on OTAs and official website
-
Track key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy to adjust strategies
-
Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google Reviews

Strong ability to interpret data and performance reports for pricing and promotion decisions
