Nadisa Villa is a brand-new luxury villa property that combines modern comfort with authentic Balinese charm. Located in the serene area of Bunutan, Ubud. Each villa is thoughtfully designed to offer guests an intimate and memorable experience. We provide pools to lush tropical gardens and stylish interiors inspired by local culture. As we launch our property, we are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

4. Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude.

5. Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.

6. Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality.

7. Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within an eco-friendly hospitality concept.

8. Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.

9. Familiar with Ubud area and local culture is an advantage.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.

11. Physically fit and well-groomed.

12. Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills (1,2).

13. Hands-on approach and strong guest service orientation.

14. Proficient in bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and familiar with VHP (Visual Hotel Program) is a plus (3).
