✨ Front Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.

• English is a must (written and spoken).

• Display a positive, professional attitude and integrity at all times.

• Strong leadership and organizational skill with great eye for detail.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in administration and computer skills, with experience using PMS (VHP).

• Ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of high-end clients.

• Experience in managing VIPs and handling operations professionally.

• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.

• Experience in room inventory management and occupancy forecasting.

• Familiarity with upselling to maximize revenue streams.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating a memorable guest experience.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
