Solia Legian Bali Hotel is a certified urban 4-star hotel located in the popular Legian area.
Currently seeking a professional and energetic team to fill the following positions as:

Open Positions:

1. HR – Trainee

2. GSA – Daily Worker

3. Chef de Partie (CDP)

Qualifications:

• Min D4/Bachelor’s degree in F&B Culinary (for CDP) and hospitality

• Fresh Graduate or undergraduate are welcome (1,2)

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel (1,2)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel (3)

• Have a sound understanding of international cuisine and 4-5 star hotel standards

• Guest oriented, contributes to guest satisfaction and attention to details

• Understanding and working with VIP system (2,3)

• Professional kitchen management and HACCP training (3)

• Experience with ISO 22000:2015 Food Quality Management (3)

• Understanding of food hygiene & sanitation (3)

• Broad knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine (3)

• Guest-oriented, highly motivated, energetic, good personality, attention to details and organizational skill (1,2,3)

• Have driving license SIM C & A (1,2,3)

• Effective communication skills in English (1,2,3)

• Able to communicate in English fluently (1,2,3)

• Can join immediately (1,2,3)
