We are looking for professional candidate to be part of our team, for the following position:
Reservation Agent Specialist (OTA):
-
Experience in managing On Line Travel Agent (OTA) platform such Agoda, Booking.com, Tiket.com, Traveloka and others.

Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a hotel reservation with focus on OTA management.

Experience with PMS software such as Cloudbeds or equivalent.
-
Proficient in using OTA extranets and channel managers.
-
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
Front Office Staff (Reception):
-
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a hotel/villa Front Desk Agent (Reception).
-
Well groomed and professional appearance.
-
Ability work in shift (eg ; Cloudbeds and others).
-
Familiar with system (eg ; Cloudbeds and others).
-
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
Daily Worker Gardener:
-
Experience as gardener.
-
Understanding of planting, watering , pruning and fertilizing techniques.
-
Familiar with gardens and their maintenance.
-
Responsible and disciplined in maintaining garden areas.
-
Able to operate engine equipment for garden tools.
