Shanti Estate Seminyak are looking for qualified candidates for the position:

Hotel Manager

Qualifications:

1. Female or Male minimum 28 years

2. Excellent in English both spoken and written

3. A passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and having positive attitude and personality.

4. Able to work with a team or individually

5. Good Communication and grooming

6. Experience in the same position at least 2 years

7. Attention to detail and responsible

8. Having leadership skill

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To plan all daily, weekly, monthly, yearly activities with Hotel according to the need of Hotel operation’s as a whole.

2. To plan Manager on duty schedule to run the operational.

3. To work closely with other departments within Villa in regard to professional daily activities and requirement.

4. Monitors performance of all Coordinators and Team Leaders, conducts  regular performance appraisals and submits annual performance evaluations as required.

5. Ensures that all Coordinators and Team Leaders provide assistance to guests in a prompt and courteous manner.

6. Meets regularly with Heads Department / Team Leaders regarding special event, problems related to the area, VIP arrivals and other matters pertaining to the successful operation of the Villa.

7. Liaises with Head of Department and/or Team Leader to ensure food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards in all outlets meet villa standards and customer expectations.

8. Liaises with Housekeeping to ensure that all repair, hygiene and cleanliness of guest rooms and facilities, public areas and back of the house areas meet villa standards.

9. Maintain hotel and guest security system and regularly reviews procedures to ensure effectiveness.

10. Coordinates and supervises the daily operation of the villa property’s marketing and business center to ensure optimum performance.

11. Establishes and maintains strong relationship with all airlines and local or national media representatives, travel agents and airlines in order to promote business.

12. Administers the functions of the operation to meet all community events.

13. To inspire motivation to all employees.

14. To be familiar with hotel health, safety and security and safety procedures.

15. Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager.
