Dara is a boutique hotel nestled in the serene hills behind Padang Padang Beach, Uluwatu, Bali. Founded by two friends with a shared passion for art, design, and hospitality, our hotel blends modern minimalism, traditional patterns, and tribal motifs—offering a vibrant and inspiring retreat for travelers.

We are currently looking for a Front Office team member to join our amazing crew.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Manage booking systems (manual or online).

• Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding service.

• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

• Communicate clearly with team members and support collaboration.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with hotel booking systems (manual or computer-based).

• Friendly and guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.

• Strong team player with leadership potential.

• Professional attitude and high standard of service.

• Must reside in Bali, with preference for candidates living in South Kuta, Jimbaran, Ungasan, Pecatu, or Uluwatu.
