SALES MANAGER – WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads and secure bookings for weddings and events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the Event Manager to ensure smooth handover post-agreement.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in event or wedding sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

EVENT MANAGER – WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of events from the moment contracts are signed.
• Liaise with couples to understand and deliver their vision.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and on-the-ground coordination.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery by working closely with vendors and staff.

Qualifications :

• Strong background in event management or hospitality.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.

LANDSCAPE – DAILY WORKER

Qualifications :

• Minimum education : High School Diploma or Vocational High School ( SMU/SMK)
• Work experience in gardening/landscaping is a plus
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and development
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new things

POOL – DAILY WORKER

Qualifications :

• Minimum education : High School Diploma or Vocational High School ( SMU/SMK)
• Work experience in the field of swimming pool
• Honest and responsible
• Able to work well in a team
