- Villa Attendant / Butler
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide personalized service and attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct villa tours and explain the features and amenities to guests.
- Ensure villas are in pristine condition.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with guest activities and special arrangements, such as dinner reservations and excursion bookings.
- Ensure compliance with all resort policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
