Position : Cost Controller
Company : Lago Bali

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller at Lago. As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing cost control activities, including cost accounting, cost analysis. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate cost reporting and analysis. This role requires attention to detail, strong  analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year experience in cost control and cost accounting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis tools and softwar
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Willing to relocated to Nusa Lembongan

Position : Purchasing Supervisor

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Supervisor based in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, purchase management, and purchase orders. They will utilize their analytical skills to ensure efficient
procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve the best possible deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely
  procurement of necessary items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Analytical Skills
• Familiarity with finance systems and procurement software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Willing to relocated to Nusa Lembongan
