We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor (F&B SPV) to join our team at Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua. The F&B SPV will be responsible for leading a team of service staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Managing restaurant staff’s work schedules.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer reviews to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an FB Supervisor for the past 2 years.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Great command of English.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
