A RESERVATION MANAGER and Reservation staffs:
- An associate Degree in hospitality or clerical work
- Strong leadership attribute (Manager)
- Has at least 2 years experiences in similar role
- Manage the booking schedule effectively (Manager)
- Ensure management and receptionist staff are kept up to date with bookings (Manager)
- English is a must, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Adept with controlling a busy switchboard with an excellent telephone manner
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of booking systems, both in house and online
- Experience of taking card payment over the phone and in persons
SALES MARKETING E-COMMERSE MANAGER:
- Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role especially in 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership attribute
- Having a high business management skill
- Ability Online and Traditional Marketing
- Ability to sell products and services
- Special projects and event
- Strong leadership attributes
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Able to effectively prioritize own workload and work well under pressure
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of booking systems, both in house and online on software package competently
