Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Resort Kutuh Bali is currently looking for talents to be a part of our Project Team as following position:
- Finance & Accounting Manager / Junior Manager
- Quantity Surveyor Supervisor
- Project Architect
Qualification:
- Diploma’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from related field.
- Have 3 years Or More experience in the same position.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation (1)
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, Autocad, SketchUp, 3DMax, 3D Illustrator (2)
- Proficient understanding specifications, sketches and mechanical electrical, construction and shop drawings (3)
- Proficient understanding of material depths and capabilities and ability to specify materials on drawings (3)
- Proficient in producing complete construction sets (3)
- Proficiency using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop /Illustrator (3)
- Proficiency using 3D rendering software V-Ray, Lumion, OR Enscape is a plus point (3)
