Qualifications:

Proven experience minimum 2 years in the same position
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English)

Great organizational and planning skills
The ability to identify market trends and make decisions

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Understanding of how to position products against competitors
Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
