IMPIAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is a property management that provides tailor-made reservation solutions for villas, hotels, and other holiday rentals. The office is located in Kerobokan and we have 30+ properties scattered in Canggu, Uluwatu, and its surroundings.

Listing Job Description :
- Visit properties to ensure all online information is still relevant and complete.
- Update prices for properties.
- Check price parity on the different websites.
- Monitor online listings if they are still performing well (Analytic).
- Make sure the rates & availability are updated correctly.
General Requirements:
- Has an experience in a similar position
- Fresh Graduates can Apply
- Good communication in English both in writing and speaking (1&2)
- Work independently as well as a team player
- Work Precise and detail
- Familiar with online travel agents (Airbnb, booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, Tiket.com) (2)
- Familiar with channel manager (2)
- Strong technical skills
- Creative and communicative
- Familiar with photo and video editing
- skill to control a drone is prioritized
- Based in Bali
- Able to handle complaints and problem-solving.
- Energetic and good communications skill
