MAJA SPA which is located on Batu Bolong Street Canggu and owned by Marie & Jake @mariefeandjakesnow will open this year in April 2023. We are looking for an experienced SPA Manager who is sociable, fashionable, a good leader, has attention to detail and good business sense.
SPA MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY :
As the manager of the spa, she would play a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the SPA & responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, including program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Should strive to maintain and motivate the entire SPA team, and also able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees. Able to develop and implement SPA operational goals, policies and procedures. Additionally responsible for leading the efficient and effective Spa operations including short and long-term strategic planning.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience working as a SPA Manager
2. Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and
written.
3. Proficient knowledge of various spa treatments, extensive SPA, and beauty knowledge
4. Able to train the spa therapist
5. Experience in planning and budgeting analysis capabilities required
6. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
7. To be detail-oriented, Professional and well-groomed
8. Knowledge of business processes and SOP’s development
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree / Diploma in hotel/ hospitality management & Certificate in Spa Management.
10. Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or a well-established SPA brand.
MAJA SPA will be in-line with the beauty and unique architecture of very popular, sister hotel MAJA Canggu. This position will provide a great opportunity to grow with the MAJA brand and work closely with Marie, Jake, and the rest of the MAJA Team.
