- Spa Manager
- Chef De Partie – CDP
With the following details:
- Possessing the ability to achieve revenue targets and excellent score reviews on every platform we use (No 1)
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals (No 1)
- Recruit, interview, or hire employees (No 1)
- Respond to customer’s inquiries or complaints in timely manner (No 1)
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section (No 2)
- Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes (No 2)
- Managing and training new Cooks (No 2)
- Monitoring portion and waste control (No 2)
Qualifications:
- Maximum 40 years old and Diploma graduate (No 1).
- Minimum of 2 year experience in similar position (No 1 & 2)
- Ability to multi-task in various situations and prioritize (No 1 & 2)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment( No 1 & 2)
- Strong sense of leadership and integrity, being humble and genuine (No 1 & 2)
- Spoken and written English proficiency ( No 1)
