1. Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Highly motivated, creative, team player.
- Strong experience in hospitality operations and communications within the hotel industry.
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of VHP (preferred).
2. Bookkeeper
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality operations.
- 1 year experience in similar position.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge VHP and Indonesian taxation.
