SENIOR SALES MANAGER
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Responsible for the overall functional management and leadership of all the sales activities including group and function inquiries.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with travel agents.
• Develop new strategies and plans for future sales growth.
• Responsible for establishing both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with business plans.
• Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Experience in the same position for a minimum of 2 years
• Strong sales management, negotiation, planning, and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills, a good team player, an honest person, an outgoing personality and very detail oriented.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
