General Requirements:
- Proficient in using the VHP Hotel System, especially for reservation handling and room inventory management.
- Relevant education background with position applied.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position (except Trainee).
- Good communication skill and team player.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Positive attitude and service-minded.
- Able to join immediately.
