Qualifications :
- Four (4) years experience in the same position (1, 2, 3)
- Two (2) years experience in the same position (5, 6)
- Stay up to date with food and beverage best practices and trends (1, 2, 3)
- HACCP knowledge and implementation (1, 2, 3, 4)
- Capable in maintaining food cost, budget achievement and finance goal (1, 2, 3)
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. (1,2, 3)
- Fluent in English (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
- Western food specialist (2, 3)
