We are currently looking for candidates to fill the Front Office positions at Segara Agung Boutique Hotel, a serene getaway in the heart of Sanur.
1. Position : Front Office Staff
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Manage reservations and update room availability in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in front office or customer service (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (Written & Oral ).
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Domicile in Bali and able to join immediately
