Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a structured monthly agenda, ensuring operational excellence and financial success.
- Lead the entire F&B team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, menu engineering, and cost management.
- Maintain a dynamic leadership approach—knowing when to engage closely with the team and when to assert professional authority.
- Analyze financial reports, guest feedback, and market trends to enhance F&B offerings.
- Oversee the execution of high-profile dining experiences, banquets, and resort events.
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of senior-level F&B management experience in a 4-star or luxury hotel/resort.
- Proven track record in driving revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with excellent financial analysis skills.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Passion for guest experience, with a commitment to delivering top-tier service standards.
