Job Summary:
The Reservation Officer & E-commerce will create a positive first impression of Mazari Villas and ensure a consistent high standard of reservations handling with customer service orientation with welcoming, warm, persuasive selling skills. The responsibility include managing the update availability, rates and information across all booking channels and managing the proper handling of reservations.Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in hospitality room division management.
- Proven work experience as a Reservation Officer in luxury property.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of OTAs and Hotel Management System.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of company’s financial transactions, purchasing and procurement, stock management, managing cost efficiencies, procedures, maintains a healthy financial profile ensuring compliance with regulation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor / Diploma of Accounting.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
- Able to operate hotel management system & cost control.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Experience in handling purchasing /procurement.
- Experience using financial software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Butler
Job Summary:
A Butler is responsible to provide the highest level of personalized service to Mazari Villas guests. In liaison with Housekeeping, Kitchen and other departments, a Butler will ensure thorough personal care, attention to detail and anticipating the guest needs to the fullest satisfaction. This includes managing their dining experience, and providing recommendations on local attractions and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Butler in luxury property with FB experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Hotel Management System.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent standard of presentation and grooming at all times.
- An outgoing personality with discreet manner.
- Possess an extensive knowledge of the island, attractions, restaurants and other activities.
