- Engineering/Maintenance

Requirements:
- Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same role in luxury property.
- Hospitality degree / school ( 1, 3, 4, 5, 6,7 ).
- Accounting / Finance degree ( 2 ).
- Preferably pre-opening experience.
- Excellent organizational and people management skills and has depth knowledge of rooms management and maintenance policies, procedures and best practices ( 1 ).
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and regulation with experience in handling purchasing /procurement ( 2 ).
- Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine ( 3 ).
- Knowledge of HR functions; pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc (4)
- Familiar in operate Hotel/Property Management System (1, 2, 3, 5 ).
- Guest service oriented.
- Good team player and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.
- Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative and open minded.
- Certified Gada Pratama ( 10 ).
