- RESTAURANT MANAGER
- BEVERAGE MANAGER
- SOUS CHEF
- WAITER – DAILY WORKER
- ENGINEERING HELPER – DAILY WORKER
- COOK – DAILY WORKER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the same role minimum 2 years (for No 1,2 & 3) and minimum 1 year (for No 4,5 & 6)
- Strong at Banqueting (No 1 & 3)
- Have Wine knowledge, Mixology and strong Beverage cost analyst
- Good communicator with strong motivational/leadership abilities
- Skilled in departmental budget planning, forecasting & cost control
- Excellent English communications skills, both oral & written
- Customer Service oriented
- Well groomed, outgoing personality, enthusiastic and innovative
