Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude
- Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within an eco-friendly hospitality concept
- Good command of English (spoken & written), additional languages are a plus
- Familiar with Ubud area and local culture is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Physically fit and well-groomed
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills (1,2,3)
- Hands-on approach and strong guest service orientation
