Looking for villa supervisor/villa manager
Job description: Managing staff and operating the villas under Director & Owner’s supervision.
Education and experience:
High school diploma or GED 2 years’ experience in similar positions at the same fields or 2 years degree from accredited university in hotel management and hospitality.
Work activities:
Maintaining guest services and hotel goals
- Manage Day to-day operations (front desk/ housekeeping/F&B/engineering), ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectation of customers.
- Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs objectives are met.
Supporting management hotel team
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead influence and encourage others demonstrate honesty integrity leads by example.
- Encourage and building mutual trust respect and cooperating among team members.
- Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors
- Supervises and manages employees. Manage all Day to-day operations.
- Supervises all areas of the front office.
Ensuring Exceptional customer service
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Interacts with customers to obtaining feedback on quality of product, service level and overall satisfaction.
Supporting Human Resources activities
- Support the developmental needs of others and coaching mentoring or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge of skills.
- Participates and survey in employee’s discipline procedures.
- Assists as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee Team members with the appropriate skills.
Additional responsibilities
- Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Weekly report to the director.
- Supervises and coordinate engineering tasks/works. Supervises and coordinate maintenance tasks in accordance with the engineering staff and owner.
