Director of Sales & Marketing
General Requirements:
-
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong background in hotel revenue strategy, market segmentation, and distribution channels
-
Proven ability to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance
-
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and OTA platforms
-
Strong network in corporate, government, travel agents, and event segments
-
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principles
-
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Leadership experience managing a sales team and cross-department coordination
-
Target-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual sales & marketing plan
-
Drive revenue growth across all segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, OTA, Government)

Lead branding and positioning strategy
-
Monitor competitors and market trends
-
Manage digital presence and promotional campaigns
-
Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners

Collaborate closely with Revenue, Operations, and F&B teams
