About Us:
De Prestigio Villa is a luxury villa in the heart of Berawa, Canggu, offering premium hospitality and world-class facilities. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Engineering Staff to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our property’s maintenance and technical services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all villa facilities are in top condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to address maintenance concerns.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technical issues.
- Basic carpentry and painting skills are a plus.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
