Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (1)
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field (2)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (2)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry (1)
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams and achieving departmental goals (1)
- Preferably 1-year experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or a related field (2)
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously (1-2)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (1-2)
- Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth (1)
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment (1-2)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team (1-2)
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups (1)
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth (1)
