Requirement:
– Minimum 2 years experience at the same position
– Age maximum 40 years old
– Good English communication skill
– Good leadership, energetic, outgoing, creative but most importantly have positive attitude
– Able to join as soon as possible
Responsibility:
– Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
– Strong managerial and communication skill
– Responsible in managing and train employee
– Create budget plan and develop and implement ways to reach target
– Review product quality regularly
– Deliver good service and respond well in handling customer complaints
B. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years experience at the same position
– Age maximum 35 years old
– Good English communication skill
– More preferably from hospitality school. Minimum D3/ S1
– Fully committed, self-motivated, fun and energetic.
– Able to work well under pressure
– Able to join as soon as possible
Responsibility:
– Assist manager and supervise day to day operation runs smoothly
– Organize schedule and conduct daily briefing
– Monitoring restaurant cleanliness and ensure quality of the product
– Review customer survey regularly to develop ways to improve customer service
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
