Purchasing Officer
Genius Café www.geniuscafebali.com is a series of co-working cafes and an integral part of
Entrepreneur Resorts, where entrepreneurship, healthy lifestyle, education, wellbeing and
care for the environment meetup.
Basic Qualification:
Excellent written and spoken english
Process the Purchase Request and ultimately the Purchase Order.
Arrange the delivery of goods and ensure its compliance.
Prepare the required reports assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Attend to importation requirements
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Must be familiar with most of the regular items procured by the hotel
Excellent computer skills including gmail, google drive (googledoc, googlesheet) microsoft office
Professionally establishes and maintains efficient and effective communications channel with all Departments in the Hotel
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Attention to detail, Organize
