Qualifications :
- Relevant education background with proven experience (fresh graduates
are welcome for position 1 & 3) - Fluent in english, guest service oriented, familiar with
correspondence & well-organized (1) - Have good knowledge in air conditioning, preventive property
maintenance & water pump (2) - Familiarity with photoshop & illustrator; able to do animation or
video editing is a plus (3) - Flexibility to work in shifts and good team player
