Qualifications:

- Relevant education background with proven experience in similar position min. 1 year
- Have a passion & good knowledge in bar products and creativity in coffee (for position 1)
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication & correspondence skills (for position 2)
- Familiar with channel manager (siteminder) and OTA’s extranets (for position 2)
- Flexibility to work in shifts and good team players with minimum supervision
- Fluent in English & computer literate are a must
