A prestigious Five Star Villa in Tabanan, SOORI BALI – would like to seek a Human Resources Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Management or Law
• Minimum experience 3-5 years as a Human Resources Manager in Hotel industry
• Understanding of labor legislation, with emphasis on part time and over time regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands on and experience with payroll software
• Willing to work in Tabanan, Bali.
• Working experiences for minimum 4 stars hotel
Responsibilities:
• Design hiring plans for all hotel department, interview and assess job candidates
• Manage compensation and benefit plans, and employee handbook regularly
• Organize employee records, contracts, and work permits and visas.
• Schedule trainings for all hotel employees
• Conduct employee performance evaluation regularly
• Assist and resolve hotel staff and management queries
